Overview

Auto CSV Backups allow you to automatically back up your currency data to a CSV file. This feature ensures that you have a record of all user balances and transactions, which can be useful for audits, recovery, and data analysis.

How to Enable Auto CSV Backups

To enable auto CSV backups for a currency, you need to access the /curr menu for the specific currency ticker.

Accessing the Auto CSV Backups Menu

  1. Use the command /curr menu [ticker], where [ticker] is the unique identifier of the currency (e.g., GOLD, SILV).

  2. In the menu that appears, locate the Auto CSV Backups button highlighted in the red rectangle in the image below:

Selecting a Logging Channel

  1. Click on the Auto CSV Backups button to open the logging channel selection menu.

  2. Select the channel where you want the CSV backups to be sent, as shown in the image below:

  3. Once selected, the bot will start logging backups in the specified channel. The backups will include a CSV file with details such as User ID, Username, and Balance.

Viewing CSV Backups

  1. The bot will post CSV backups in the selected channel.

  2. Example output:

  3. The CSV file will include columns for User ID, Username, and Balance, providing a comprehensive record of all user balances.
